Seventh Annual Gathering

Friday, November 5 at 6pm - Sunday, November 7 at 4:30pm

Join us for our Seventh Annual Gathering at the beautiful Seabeck Conference Center. Spaces for the Annual Gathering are limited, so we do recommend early registration.

Cost: 

If you sign up before September 1, your cost will be $250 for a double room or $300 for a single room. (This includes six meals and two nights' lodging).

Starting September 1, the Gathering price will increase to $275 for a double room or $325 for a single room (including six meals and two nights' lodging). So sign up early, and save $25!

If you plan to sleep off-site, your cost will be $75 per day for day use only (including lunch and dinner, with no overnight accommodations).

Deposit / Payment information
Use our secure online registration on this page to sign up with your $75 deposit with a credit card; OR, you can send in your $75 deposit by check (which helps us avoid credit card fees) to: TCLP, P.O. Box 17, Indianola, WA 98342

The payment balance is due by October 5.

Cancellations:

Your $75 registration deposit is non-refundable. Any payment you make beyond the $75 deposit can be refunded up until Friday, October 5.

Due to our limited number of rooms, after October 5, we will only be able to provide a refund if we find someone to take your place.
